Wright Service Corp. family of companies (“Wright”) announced today the acquisition of Impact7G, Inc., a leader in environmental consulting that focuses on helping clients do their job more efficiently, with maximum quality and while fostering sustainable decisions. This transaction closed on December 29, 2023.

Today, as we welcome Impact7G to the Wright Service Corp. family of companies, is another important and very exciting step in executing our strategic plan,” said Wright Service Corp. President and CEO Austin Kennedy. 

Wright’s expertise is in consulting utility vegetation management including inspection, auditing, risk mitigation, forest management and reforestation, technology solutions, consulting and operations, commercial environmental services, plus residential and commercial landscaping and tree care.
