The Wright Service Corp. Board of Directors and executive leadership are proud to announce the promotion of Jon Hicks to chief financial officer effective January 1, 2020. As CFO, Hicks will oversee the company’s financials, audit and review functions, and strategic priorities with the executive team.

“I am very proud of Jon for his work in our accounting and finance department,” said Chairman and CEO Scott Packard. “He has proven that hard work pays off, and is an example of the opportunity for career growth at Wright Service Corp. I look forward to seeing what he and his team can do in the future.”

Jon has been part of the Wright Service Corp. family since 2008, serving as a controller for Wright Outdoor Solutions and later Wright Tree Service. Most recently, Jon has served as vice president. He has been a key individual in the implementation of our ESOP and the culture created with it.

Prior to joining the company, Jon worked in various auditing and financial reporting roles within both public accounting and private industry. He is a certified public accountant with Bachelor of Science and Master of Accounting degrees from Iowa State University. Jon is a member of the Iowa Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs.
