Wright Service Corp. has promoted Loren Klein as chief information officer to its executive management team effective January 1, 2020. In this capacity, Loren will deliver enterprise-wide reliable, optimized IT systems and infrastructure to align with the Company’s strategic vision.

“We are excited to add this position to our C-level executive team to deliver innovative technology,” said Chairman and CEO Scott Packard. “Loren is a key contributor for the Wright Service Corp. IT strategy and planning process that will support our family of companies.”

Prior to the promotion, Loren served as the director of information technology since joining the company in 2016. Loren will continue to oversee the information technology department – focusing on information security, infrastructure, applications development and the project management office.

Loren has an extensive information technology and project management background. With more than 35 years as an IT professional and the last 18 years serving as a director, Loren oversaw a number of different areas within IT including application delivery for life and annuity and property and casualty products, quality assurance, infrastructure, applications delivery, telecommunications, and project management, security, and release management.
