On Wednesday, September 15, 2021, Wright Service Corp. hosted a ribbon-cutting to mark the official opening of the newly renovated international headquarters in West Des Moines, Iowa. A second ribbon cutting for this location on Grand Avenue, with the first in 2012. Prior to being at this current location, we were in Valley Junction but had to say goodbye after 40 years and move to something larger to fit our growing company. Since then, the company has continued to grow at a steady pace to eventually allow us to expand and renovate our Grand Avenue office.

In the last nine years, we have added five brands to our employee-owned family of companies. We have expanded operations to nearly all of the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Now, there are nearly 6,000 employees in our family.

Wright Service Corp. is the parent company to Wright Tree Service, Wright Outdoor Solutions, CNUC, Terra Spectrum Technologies, Sustainable Environmental Consultants, Spectrum Resource Group, ArborCare, Verdure Elements, and the Wright Foundation for Sustainability and Innovation.

The newly remodeled international corporate headquarters serves as Wright Service Corp.’s flagship operation, providing office space for team members, primarily those in support services.

Partners in the renovation include our architects, SVPA, and Eick and Day Construction. We also worked with Workspace who provided the furniture design, Baker Group, Hilsabeck Schacht, Inc., Comiskey Glass and of course Wright Outdoor Solutions who created the interior plant-scape and outdoor spaces.

It was important to support our environmental sustainability goals around energy, water, waste and biodiversity during the redesign. A few examples of things we implemented are efficient natural light, waste and recycling solutions, bee and butterfly pollinator habitats and recycled many items during renovations.

This new space offers many places to collaborate, a walking trail, increased wellness rooms and many other amenities to promote employee wellness and safety.
