Congratulations to the 2025 Wright Service Corp. Employee Owner of the Year, Eocene Environmental Group Project Manager II Olivia Niziolek! 

The award serves as recognition for an employee within the WSC family of companies who is an outstanding citizen, exhibits the characteristics of an employee owner and the values of our company, and makes contributions in the best interest of the company. 

The Employee Ownership Committee went through all the nominations and selected five nominees to move forward through the judging process. A judging panel consisting of management across companies ultimately selected Olivia to be named this year’s Employee Owner of the Year.

Eocene Regional Manager II Mike Shrum surprised Olivia with the news and presented her with a framed certificate.

Since joining the team in 2018, Olivia has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication. Her impact is reflected in the 12 nominations she received for this award. Some of her standout accomplishments this fiscal year include leading Eocene’s first major transmission line project, playing a pivotal role in developing a new project database, and mentoring the next generation of Eocene leaders.

Olivia will receive a special invitation to the Annual Awards Banquet, a $750 check, an engraved award, and recognition on the WSC website.
