New Year Brings New Roles at Wright Service Corp.
In alignment with Wright Service Corp.’s strategic vision, we are excited to announce new and expanded roles within the organization. Over the last several years, we have been working on identifying and seizing opportunities for strategic and operational improvement for our family of companies.

Effective January 1, 2022, the following individuals have new or redesigned roles at Wright Service Corp.:
Austin Kennedy has been appointed to the new role of President and Chief Operating Officer of Wright Service Corp. Austin will lead corporate initiatives to continue our growth and sustainability as a leader in the industry. He will continue to oversee legal services, risk mitigation, human resources and executive administrative services. Austin joined our company as General Counsel in April 2013 and most recently served as General Counsel, Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President.
Derek Vannice, who currently serves as the Executive Vice President, will continue in that role while also assuming a new position as Chief Strategy Officer, Environmental Services. He joined the company in 2011 after decades of success at two chief industry organizations. Derek will continue to serve as CNUC President and Chief Operating Officer, a subsidiary of Wright Service Corp., and additional subsidiaries of Terra Spectrum Technologies, Wright Outdoor Solutions and Transcon Environmental.
Kyle McCann will serve as General Counsel and Vice President, Legal Services and Risk Mitigation. He joined the company in February 2020 as an Associate General Counsel with nearly 15 years of legal experience in private practice and in-house counsel roles.
Janelle Thomas will assume the new role of Vice President, Human Resources. She joined the company in January 2021 with 20 years of progressive HR experience across multiple industries. In addition, she will oversee training and development within the company.
